Interesting Lobster Information and Articles

The New York Times published an article on August 12th, 1917:
"... a special lobster-fishing season this year for northern New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island from Aug.11 to Sept. 15, both inclusive... results in quality and character of the catch."

Written in 2004 and still appropriate today, the Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada web site published an interesting fact sheet on atlantic lobster.
